Here is a video on the CrossOvers. It has been programmed on a normal day wod on CrossFit. This means that this would be a thing for our programming.
Its not terrible, its actually kinda nice. a slower version of the double unders and probably a lot easier to master than the double unders. But learning a new skill is a new page to add to the never ending list of things to learn for crossFit right?
