Redline is our version of HIIT. Redline is barbell-less and easy to do. Everyone can get in and expect a heart thumping calorie burning workout. It is borne of CrossFit, so yes we bring the intensity of it with minimal brainwork.
This workout sessions will challenge your cardiovascular system and also your musculoskeletal system.
This brand of fitness is simple, easy to do, and there are no barbells in it. You may get a task to complete or to put in as much work into a set time frame or repeat bouts of a certain set of movements in intervals.
