Man Makers are a.k.a. Burpee Rxd. Pick a couple of hex dumbbells and hang on to them while you do your Burpees. Wrists must touch the ribs and you can choose to snatch the DBs or Clean n Jerk the DBs above your head. No jump is required.
A Scaled Version of the Man Maker is the normal Burpee.
