Strength (15 mins)

  • Front Squat 3×5
  • Strict Press 3×5

WOD

  • 3 Rounds
  • 8 Deadlift (100/80)
  • 16 Sgl Arm KB Swing (24/16)
  • 24 Push Ups

Hitting the push movements, arms and chest in the workout today. Never hurts to have a fair amount of push and know when Push Ups are in the bag. It is also a nice relaxing day for the legs as well after 15.3 but I guess that is too early to say, wait until tomorrow.
