The Underground Games hosted by CrossFit Dignus was a last minute addition to the list of comps we participated in this year and will surely be another one to remember for both of our athletes who took part in the 34 plus degree day. Man it was hot and with the number of shrinking from participants pulling out, the rest times in between the wods were significantly reduced.
Congratulations to Jake Sutton and Keith McKinney who battled hard in the day to pick up a fantastic 2nd and 3rd place in the Underground Games open division.
What a fantastic way to finish off the year with another couple of individual podium finishes for Jake and Keith. more to come from these 2 hot shots.
