Another weekend gone and another local friendly competition done. This was the 2nd Edition of the Three Vs Three Showdown hosted by Infused CrossFit.
Spread over the weekend, this well organised event was a true spectacle for WA crossFit community to show that we love our CrossFit and a bit of hard work.
Out of all the stellar performances from FibreFam, the most exciting performance came from Maddawgs of Ben, Luuwi and Keith who pushed hard, led from the start and finished on the podium. If there was a definition of determination and red lining everything until the last second of the competition it would have been this performance. They stuck to the strategy and executed the game plan accordingly.
This competition also saw some first time performances for Dan, Kirk, Ana, Karo and also some returning competitors Peter, Colin, Jessica and Callum.

A great little team comp to foster the unity of box members who train together almost everyday and be able to compete together against members of another box. The definition of a great little community in WA.
And being the second edition, we have already noticed that the crowd was bigger and there were a few more boxes around. Signs that the CrossFit freight train has taken off and there is no stopping this snowball. Back to the box, rest, recover and then push forward to more events that are coming up like Riverside Jam and the International CrossFit Open. Look out 2015.
