Tips for the WOD:
Full Squat Stretches, band for the ankle and hip mobility.
Do 6 reps of 20-30-40kg. Rest well before you start the WOD
Do not stop for the Burpees. Use it as a rest period for the WOD. (easier said than done huh)
Bam! If there was another WOD that would test the metal of your mental game, it would be this one. “The clock will not save you” according to Dave. For a Task Priority WOD like this, everyone will have to undergo the same suffering around the world. Yes. No matter where you are in the world, we will understand the struggle on varying degrees.
