Added a component of running into this WOD to make it a little bit more “gassy”.
Nothing wrong with a little bit of legwork to cap off the WOD and get the HR going a little bit more than usual. Not that it was not enough already.
The crew did really well pushing through the WOD. Such a troop or troopers.
If Hamstrings or buttocks are not feeling it after this WOD, you need to check in with me to get your technique sorted asap. It may be you are not engaging through the posterior chain to lift the deadlift and compensating with other muscles or structures which are not ideal.
