Good Mornings-Use your Hamstrings in the movement. Plenty of awareness. Keep the core braced.
Snatch Drops- Using just the barbell from a Back Squat position, drop into the receiving position of the Snatch. Reset by standing the bar up with arms locked or re-rack onto your back on your stand.
In 10 minutes, determine your Max Snatch. No bumping the bar, continuous upward pull of the bar. Lead with your chest. Make the Snatch look beautiful and powerful.
