False Grip Ring Row
Perform up to 6 reps of the False grip row.
 
Strength Testing
Clean 1RM
Use 5-3-3-1-1-1 as a template to work towards your 1RM
Chin Up Max Rep
Choose a band down from the normal one you normally use.
Chin Up Max KB Load
Wear a KB on your shoulders and perform 1 Chin Up. Work your way up the KB weights until failure. Add double KBs on your back for added fun*cough*load.
