It is the end of the Lifestyle Challenge. For the last 8 weeks, we have been on a strict-ish paleo diet with the general CrossFit prescription of 3 WODs per week plus some other wellness challenges that we have set.
For some it was hard, changing food and dietary habits from previous. But we have done that now and today we look to our test movements to see if we have improved our strengths.
